When the team at EP Ceramics realised they needed a better network provider to resolve their issues, we were recommended, and we attended their London site the very next day.
We assessed EP Ceramics’ on-site infrastructure, providing a report and proposing an immediate solution to the file storage security issue. Our team migrated EP Ceramics to Aspgate’s private cloud in order to deploy file-share services and employ our Disaster Recovery tools.
When we resolved the immediate issues, EP Ceramics were impressed with our approach and instructed us to come up with a plan to secure and modernise their entire IT Infrastructure.
That’s exactly what we did: we deployed an Active Directory domain to manage user accounts, enforced password policies and configured and installed new desktop PCs with industry-standard software such as computer-aided design (CAD). We also installed ESET Endpoint Security to secure against many attack vectors.
Alongside desktop installation, we deployed new Switches, next generation FortiGate firewalls and Ubiquiti Access Points to further modernise and secure the network with intrusion prevention and web filtering. Our team also proactively monitors all aspects of EP Ceramics’ network from servers, WiFi and disk space, to internet filtering policies and endpoint security. And of course, our cloud servers are regularly backed up!
We’re really pleased we could help with EP Ceramics’ immediate data storage issues as well as provide long term improvement to their digital infrastructure.
